Current use – masonry industrial building and vacant lots.
Wiedenman Architecture LLC assisted the owner in obtaining subdivision of the property and zoning variances to build 7 single family homes.
Proposed use – 7 three story single family homes. Two homes on Sergeant St and five homes on Hazzard St.
Construction underway. All homes should be completed by the end of the year.
