WRITER'S BLOCK REHAB
This project started off as a run-down abandoned garage in the middle of Center City. In collaboration with the owner's vision, our team designed a three story bar with each level acting as a cozy space for gatherings. The exterior received a pop of color with new paint, large accordion windows and unique lighting.
SALVATION ARMY: NORRISTOWN
This project consisted of a restoration throughout the first floor of the 1920’s building. The main of the chapel as well as making the building accessible. This was done by adding new restrooms, new entry stairs and a new ramp.
WIEDENMAN ARCHITECTURE STOREFRONT
Located in Havertown, our storefront design is meant to keep with the historic details surrounding. The large windows bring in light to the workspace and the details around the entry are truly timeless. The open interior makes for efficient production and easy communication among team members.
LIBERTY DISPENSARY
The design for the Liberty Dispensary included natural materials and a simple floor plan to coordinate with the program. The details within the sales area make for clear visual paths throughout the store.
KRISPY KREME FITOUTS:
NEW CASTLE AND MANOA
This project included interior fitouts for a new Krispy Kreme shop in Manoa Shopping Center and in New Castle, Delaware. Careful consideration was taken for ADA accessibility and efficient store layout.
KELLY MUSIC CENTER
The design of the Kelly Center was aimed towards improving the Havertown community and making a great space for music. Some features of The Kelly Center, known as “green” features, include a plant wall, an energy efficient storefront system, speakers and lights that are solar powered, a system to harvest rainwater and refurbishment of the 100 year old floors.
BLISS NAILS
Interior fit-out and renovation of nail salon located in King of Prussia. The unique partition walls and natural materials create a relaxing and private experience to the salon. The new floor plan makes for an efficient workspace as well.
CEMENT MASONS UNION
This project was approximately a 5,000 square foot office building for the Cement Masons Union in Philadelphia. The project scope included removal of the old structure and rezoning the site.
LIBERTY KENWORTH
The adaptive reuse of an abandoned truck factory has led to a modern and functional truck dealership. The project included a retail renovation and full rehab of 9 truck service bays. The project scope included stripping down the interior and reconstructing the new utilities, fire ratings, windows and finishes.
COLLINGSWOOD RESTAURANT: IL FIORE
Interior fit-out and updated storefront for "Il Fiore" Italian restaurant in Collingswood. The retail space was once a jewelry store but featured an updated facade with huge windows. The interior space was designed to accommodate a casual sit down experience for customers.
MONROE VILLAGE
Located in Central New Jersey, this project consists of assisted living apartments. The design includes a luxury indoor pool and fitness center for residents. A new 28 apartment addition was also part of the scope. This project was completed with WRT Design.
THE PLAZA AT TENAFLY: CLUBHOUSE
Luxury mixed-use development located in Northern New Jersey. The project included 3 residential buildings. Design was also completed for a luxury clubhouse, fitness area, pool and two commercial retail spaces. A full site overview was also designed. This project was completed with L&M Design LLC.
