CUSTOM BAYFRONT HOME
This new custom beach house sits right on the water in Brigantine, New Jersey. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 garages. It has many great attributes including views of the ocean, two outdoor decks, an exterior covered entertainment area, a swimming pool, an elevator, a home theater, and an exercise room.
NEW BUILD IN BLUE BELL, PA
New custom house featuring roughly 10,000 square feet of living space. It has many great features including an elevator, an indoor pool, a full gym, a home theater, two home offices, and a conference room. The Exterior features a large rear patio partially covered, Two roof decks (one of which has a roof garden), a man-made pond, and a two car garage.
RADNOR RANCHÂ MAKEOVER
Complete home make over in Radnor including curb appeal, renovations and additions. What was once an outdated ranch now is a 2-story home with timeless style. Three garages, an open concept and views out to the stunning backyard transform the space and work perfectly for everyday living.
MODERN PHILADELPHIA ROWHOME
The new luxurious rowhome consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a garage, roof deck and two balconies at the second floor. This sustainable home includes triple glazed windows and is heated with radiant floor heating. The home also features Gypcrete flooring at the second and third floor. The home has beautiful views of the city from the rear roof deck and the angled bay windows.
BRYN MAWR RENOVATION
The existing mid-century style home was completely renovated, both inside and out. The existing wood façade was completely refinished in stone. The kitchen was completely redesigned with a mudroom and garage extension at the first floor. All of the bedrooms were reconfigured for new a new bathroom and a new large master suite.
BUCKS COUNTY FARMHOUSE
This new 3,200 square foot custom home sits on 6 acres of farmland in Bucks County, designed to fit in with the surroundings. The home boasts several green features including ultra-high insulation values, triple pane windows, solar energy and geothermal heating and cooling. A unique aspect of this design is its placement on the site to take advantage of the sun path and predominant breezes.

MOORESTOWN GYM + SPA
This unbuilt project was carried through by the Wiedenman Team from initial survey to construction documents. The project included a 2-story addition with a half NBA size court on the first level, with a large spa and gym on the second level. During the variance phase, a 6-car garage was also proposed.
ARDMORE ADDITION
This corner lot and stone home features an enlarged garage, new living areas, a second floor addition, and new covered patio space. The addition created an engaging facade on both street sides with an updated yet classic appearance that matches the neighborhood.
BRYN MAWR NEW BUILD
New luxury construction located in Bryn Mawr. This home is located on over 1 acre of land and features 4 bedrooms. Every architectural detail was carefully curated to create a unique and timeless home. Photos Coming Soon!
PHILADELPHIA MULTI-FAMILY TOWNHOMES
New construction in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. This development project consists of seven rowhomes, each with a beautiful roof deck. The modern take on the rowhouse facade brings life to the streetscape.
HIDDEN MEADOWS OF DOYLESTOWN
Development of 16 semi-detached single family homes. Each home features an open concept plan with large kitchen and living room spaces. The exteriors have timeless details with a connected garage. Each home feels unique in design with varied materiality and colors.
THE PLAZA AT TENAFLY: RESIDENCES
Luxury mixed-use development located in Northern New Jersey. The site features 3 buildings each hosting 48 units with garages. Other buildings include a luxury clubhouse, fitness area, pool and two commercial retail spaces. A full site overview was also designed. This project was completed with L&M Design LLC.
ITHAN CREEK NEW BUILD
This new custom home was designed for a Main Line builder. The exterior features a stone facade and a front porch seating area. The interior has large rooms perfect for entertaining and everyday life. The home also features luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, specifically the master suite.
NEWTOWN SQUARE FLIP
This 1950's ranch had complete renovations throughout the interior and exterior with an addition. The newly renovated home will provide timeless features for years ahead. This home features exposed beams and skylight which add character and make a space feel much larger.
FISHTOWN CONDOMINIUMS
This new 4-story condominium building consists of 2 bi-level units. Each unit has high-end finishes and the exterior is modern and fresh. The project scope included zoning variances, combining lots, new construction and condo docs.
SPLIT LEVEL RENOVATION
This home experienced a large scale addition with extensive interior updates. The existing split-level home got a full renovation including new windows, siding, roofing and interior finishes. The addition doubled the size of the home featuring a new entry, dining room, kitchen and master suite.
UNIVERSITY CITY TRIPLEX CONVERSION
Conversion of an abandoned Victorian twin in shell condition into three luxury 2-bedroom apartments. The renovations included stripping the interior of the building down to the structure and rebuilding it new. This included new utilities, fire ratings, fire sprinklers, finishes and appliances. The front patio was rebuilt to match the historic character.
CENTENNIAL MILL
Located in Voorhees, New Jersey, this project consists of a fitness center and social club within 8,000 square feet. The social center is linked by gardens, pergolas, and pools. This project has served as a prototype for several other Del Webb communities. Mr. Wiedenman served as the project manager for this project. This project was completed with L&M Design LLC.
ARDMORE SPLIT LEVEL
This split level was provided with a large scale addition that dramatically changes the feeling of the home. The new spaces include a 2-story foyer, a master suite, and additional living space. The exterior also received a full facade renovation to accommodate for the new spaces.
FIRE DAMAGE REBUILD
This home in Broomall had been damaged from a fire and was in need of a restoration. We provided a home that had their original layout, with a few tweaks and additional spaces to really maximize their new home.
ARDMORE ADDITION
This home in Ardmore experienced a large scale addition with several interior renovations. This included converting an existing garage into a living room, and also building above that garage to provide two large bedrooms to the client. They also added dormers to the attic to have ample space for a large master suite and a home office
